Several other places, like Buddhist monasteries that are architectural masterpieces, and the beautiful valleys of Leh, are filled with zest and positive vibes that you can cherish throughout your life. 

Apart from bike rides towards this paradise in the North, there are many exciting things to do in Leh Ladakh. – We tried a different dish, named Tingmo, a steamed Tibetan bread, eaten with dal, and cooked vegetables. 

– Another signature dish that I tried was Chutagi, a pasta-like dish, a thick soup made of potatoes, carrots, peas and leafy green vegetables. It is also known as water bread.
